General Manager - NZ Food Waste Champions

I find great joy in seeing impact through my work; helping individuals, businesses and governments change their behaviour to achieve sustainable impacts. I speak in impact first and dollars second, supporting real people with practical behaviour change methods, understanding their needs and providing solutions that will work for them.

Motivated by data-driven transparency and using it to influence system change, I have worked with hundreds of organisations to reduce their waste and educate their staff such as Trek Cycling, Macpac and Patagonia as well as local and federal government, planning single use plastic abolishment and implementing new recycling initiatives.

Using workshop facilitation, presenting and pitching to bring people on the journey and empower their change in an engaged, personable way.
Collaboration is key, we are all working toward a common goal to see good business thrive while supporting our people and planet, and we need to work together to achieve this.

If I’m not out in the field you’ll find me hiking, biking or camping in the hills of my new home, Christchurch NZ.

If you are looking for sustainability, circular economy or waste behaviour change in your organisation, community, new development, or council project, say hello.
